In the 1800s, as Britain’s empire and wealth expanded, so did Thomas Mason’s global expansion. In Victorian London, Jermyn Street and Savile Row were the centers of fine menswear. Manufacturers of fine bespoke suits and shirts flourished, including Turnbull & Asser, Norton & Sons, and Emmett London.

Following the success of our wrinkle-free shirts, we set our sights on non-iron, and in 2018 we became the primary and only shirt manufacturer to supply a non-iron Thomas Mason fabric. We developed singular, low formaldehyde, a non-iron formula that focuses not only on the strength and skill of the method to resist wrinkling when worn but also on maintaining the gorgeous Egyptian cotton texture.
