Refund Policy

There might be a little variance between the physical and graphical colors of the shirt. We have tried the best to project the accuracy of the fabric color shades and tones but there could be a variance due to screen resolution and users graphical capacity.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING THE CUSTOMIZED SHIRTS

All our Shirts are 100% guaranteed for quality, stitching, and fabrics. We guarantee seams for the life of the shirt.

We put your order into production within 24 hours. Therefore, we cannot make any changes or issue refunds after that time period.

We have a 30-day limit on returns. You may return products for the following reasons only:

The products are defective in workmanship or material.

The order is not made according to the style and measurements you provided. Please note that we add essential industry standard allowances when crafting your products. We add ½ inch to the neck and 1/2 inch to the sleeve measurements you provide, for shrinkage allowances. We add 4,5, 6 or 7 inches to the chest depending on the type of fit you have chosen for movement and flexibility. The finished products will reflect these allowances.

You need to write an email to info@tailormade-shirts.com  for return authorization. You may use the original packaging for return, but, be sure to cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

If you qualify for a refund, the following terms and conditions apply

The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

When you pay by credit  or debit card we incur 3% processing fee. This cost is non-refundable

We charge $5.00 administrative fee to process a refund.
