  • These Terms & Conditions govern all use of Panache Bespoke’s website and services.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • Panache Bespoke reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Processing

  • All orders are made-to-order. Once received, production starts within 24 hours.

  • After production begins, no cancellations or changes can be made.

  • Processing time:

    • Standard orders: 5–6 business days

    • Urgent orders: 2–3 business days

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • A 3% processing fee applies to card transactions (non-refundable).

  • Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping: 10–12 business days (estimated)

  • Fast shipping: 5–6 business days (estimated)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and customs clearance.

  • Panache Bespoke is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

5. Duties & Taxes

  • All duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned or lost due to unpaid duties/tariffs, no refund or replacement will be issued.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible cases only:

    • Defective workmanship or material.

    • Incorrect style or measurements compared to what was provided (with standard allowances).

  • Non-refundable items: Customized shirts that match the provided order details.

  • Refund terms:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • A $5 administrative fee applies to each refund.

    • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

7. Color Accuracy Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to display fabric shades accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution or display settings.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Panache Bespoke is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or customs issues.
